Best service ever. Compared to other companies we have used, Their preventative maintenance service is a bit more expensive, but the attention to detail is above and beyond. Our tech, Kian, was knowledgeable and explained to us how to better care for our ac. He even got us A UV light and 2 metal frame custom filters which save us a ton of money on filter replacement as we replace them monthly due to the kids having asthma. Definitely reccomend Sam's A/C.

Excellent work and very trustworthy. He arrived on time and kept me abreast of his progress. Technician showed me my problem first, then explained how he was going to fix it. Lastly, he gave me a breakdown of my charges. I will definitely use him again.

Hugely impressed with Sam. I called in the hope of some help to get our new roof top AC working. It wasn't heating at all. They turned up on time - only a few hours after I called. After a quick diagnosis, all was explained, which made total sense, and shortly after it was fixed. Great communication and transparency. Great company. Will use them going forward.
